Position SummaryTo assess and improve the efficiency, quality, and overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function, across MENA To bolster business continuity by creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, for senior level positions, across MENA To collaborate with local offices and the Marketing team to create and implement employer branding initiativesRole and Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and understand future leadership needs across the region
Develop in-depth profiles for key leadership positions, outlining required skills, experience, and leadership qualities, and conduct market research to identify potential external candidates who align with these profiles. Coach local Talent Acquisition personnel on utilization of these profiles
Identify and source and high-potential candidates from various talent pools, develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to connect with these candidates
Engage with potential external successors through informative conversations, building long-term relationships and showcasing the organization culture and opportunities
Maintain a comprehensive talent pipeline database, tracking candidate interactions and updates
When leadership vacancies arise, leverage pre-built pipeline to present qualified talent for consideration
Coordinate with the Marketing Team to develop and drive the Samsung employer brand to the MENA region
Train local Talent Acquisition personnel on direct sourcing techniques and methodologies, within MENA
Evaluate Talent Acquisition process efficiency, KPI management, and overall effectiveness. Develop improvement plans, and conduct coaching with local Talent Acquisition
Conduct training with hiring managers on effective interview and assessment techniques
Conduct confidential sourcing for planned, senior level involuntary exits across MENA
Serve as point of contact for global Talent Acquisition initiatives driven by HQ
Occasionally provide direct operational support to offices, within MENA, experiencing an unusually high number of open positions, or to support high priority business objectives
Collect and compile Talent Acquisition related data, from the region, and provide reports to RHQ leadership
Collaborate with local offices, within MENA, to improve the effectiveness of their employee referral programs
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, some of which being in-house
Experience in employer branding, preferably on a regional basis
Excellent research, sourcing, and networking, and relationship building skills Possesses the ability to train others
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies; ability to conduct assessments and propose process improvements
Experience in managing a recruitment dashboard to monitor recruitment KPI to track and improve recruitment performance
