Reporting into the HR Director, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition and recruitment for the university, including achieving Emiritisation.Responsibilities
Support and contribute to the development of the Department\'s strategy, policies and procedures
Oversee and support the development and management of the Department\'s budgets
Manage and lead the recruitment section in the process of all recruitment activities, manage the University\'s recruitment strategy
Support the implementation of the Manpower plan
Lead the professional / overseas / outsourced recruitment process - Participate in both local and international recruitment events
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies / headhunters to ensure that the right caliber professionals are identified and selected.
Design, review and provide records, statistics, and data analysis and status reports for all recruitment
Work with Employee Relations team to ensure that employment visa, hospitality and housing, and transport details for the new recruits are coordinated and processed in a timely manner.
Perform any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Provide management support to team, coaching, TNA, KPI analysis, performance appraisals, administrative affairs such as sickness/leave
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field.
High level of communication skills and stakeholder management
Experience working within the Higher Education sector
Experienced at manpower planning, strategy, recruitment
Located in Abu Dhabi or prepared to relocate (cannot live outside)
