The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization. This role involves leading the talent acquisition team, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
Lead workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with HR and department heads to forecast future hiring needs.
Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integral parts of recruitment and hiring processes.
Establish recruitment KPIs and regularly review team performance metrics.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Collaborate with department leaders to anticipate talent needs and address skill gaps.
Build relationships with universities, industry associations, and other external talent sources.
Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Lead implementation and management of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
Required Competencies and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in high-growth or fast-paced industries (FinTech/Crypto).
Proven track record of managing and delivering full-cycle recruitment for multiple levels of positions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and other HR technologies.
Ability to analyze and use recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
