Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at the Dubai headquarters. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fill job vacancies, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process . He will be responsible with the bulk hirings and Executive hirings of branches in the entire GCC and other international branches and will have to travel to these branches if and when required.

Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within our retail organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the business and ensure that we recruit skilled and passionate individuals who align with our company's values and culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and talent assessment
• Minimum 8 years of experience in hardcore talent acquisition or recruitment, exclusively in the retail industry
• Must have excellent international standard English communication to hire candidates globally.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a keen eye for identifying top talent and has proven ability of completing at least 15 hires in a month.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of labor legislation and hiring best practices
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Must have valid passport with minimum validity of 8 months
• Will have to relocate to Dubai and should be open to travel regularly to other global branches if and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
