The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition for a 1-year contract to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in executive search or recruitment agency environments and possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within the company, focusing on talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to meet the company's staffing needs while contributing to the overall recruitment strategy. Key Responsibilities: o Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies for various positions, including executive-level roles. o Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. o Utilize diverse sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent. o Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs. o Ensure an efficient and smooth recruitment process by managing candidate communication, feedback, and scheduling interviews. o Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. o Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive job offers and negotiate terms with candidates. o Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. o Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.



Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a background in executive search or recruitment company environments. o Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. o Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. o Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. o A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though not required. o Previous experience in a corporate or in-house recruitment role is a plus.
