Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, a passion for finding the right talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both independently and in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Evaluate candidates through structured interviews, skills assessments, and other relevant methods.
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
