Job Description

Support line manager in timely recruitment and filling in of all assigned positions in quality and cost-effective manner. Support in sourcing and screening the best caliber candidates from local and overseas markets through the appropriate sourcing channels in line with the recruitment plan and job requirements. Arrange and schedule internal/external candidates for interviews by liaising with the business heads to assist the business in selecting the best candidate. Assist in interviewing, shortlisting and selecting the right caliber candidates according to the job requirement in line with HR policies. Conduct proper background checks and ensure due diligence is applied to all candidates according to DIB's policy and regulatory requirements. Follow up on the cases of the selected candidates in the pipeline to ensure smooth onboarding process as per the approved SLA and regulatory requirements. Post/create all vacancies for the assigned departments in the HR systems for proper tracking, monitoring and updating vacancies and candidate status as applicable. Negotiate salaries appropriately and release Job Offers as per the guidelines and compliance. Periodically prepare and maintain necessary MISs and dashboards for the line manager and other stakeholders. Assist line manager in achieving the assigned Emiratization Target according to DIB's Emiratization Strategy and regulatory requirements. Assist in facilitating internal transfer request for the assigned departments in line with HR policies and SLA. Support in conducting periodic reconciliation to review the approved headcounts created/posted in HR systems and to ensure data accuracy and maintenance in line with the management approval, HR policy and process/SLA. Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLA's of the department.
All above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Head of Recruitment & reporting Line Manager.

Job Specification

Minimum Education required



Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration

Work Experience

(Please specify minimum number of years and the field in which experience is required)

3 - 5 years' of work experience in HR roles with main focus on Recruitment in comparable business organization.

Recruitment Function Sourcing, Interviewing & Selection Head Hunting via Social Media platforms Experience in online Job Portal Management (ie. Linkedin, Naukri, Bayt etc.,) Excellent excel skills MIS Generation and Analytics Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge Sharia Principles of Islamic Finance Sourcing is an asset
