Temporary Talent AcquisitionOffice/ College: Office of Human ResourcesAssists the Talent Acquisition team in the control, maintenance and updating of recruitment database, reports and actively responding to AU employment needs. Participates in the recruitment process in accordance to AU policies and procedures.Talent Acquisition Assistant responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning and scheduling interviews and follow up and execute selection procedures. The incumbent handles all logistics and administrative tasks related to to career events in addition to nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.Facilitating interview scheduling process by contacting candidates to determine availability and coordinating interview times with hiring committees and applicants, and Develops and undertakes pre-screening activities with new candidates and maintains methodologies to regularly update prospective candidate profiles, in readiness for recruitment needs. * Organizes and maintains accurate candidates' data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal HR databases or system.
Updates the recruitment report with direct supervision from the Talent Acquisition Senior Officer.
Attends job fairs and recruitment events.
Supports the onboarding of new employees.
Performs any related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field
3 years of working experience in Corporate Recruiting.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
Good Knowledge of HRMS, such as SAP or Oracle would be an additional benefit.
