Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an HR consultancy with strong organizational skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage candidate sourcing and coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
• Utilize various job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Coordination:
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure seamless communication between candidates and the recruitment team.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on job boards and social media.
• Track and update candidate status in recruitment management systems.
Client Interaction Support:
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress as required.
Documentation and Data Management:
• Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate data and recruitment activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and other analytics for internal review.
• Ensure all recruitment-related documentation is organized and compliant with company standards.
Administrative Support:
• Assist in onboarding processes for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, emails, and follow-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in an HR consultancy.
• Familiarity with job portals, recruitment tools, and sourcing methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and candidates.
