The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not localPURPOSE OF THE POSITIONTailor Workshop Manager is responsible for managing the tailor workforce, designing and delivering the garments based on the requirements and specifications shared.QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS

• Top-notch fashion designer and tailor.
• Strong working knowledge of fashion trends, designs and brands.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse team under different responsibilities.
• Highest attention to details.
• Superior knowledge new local/global market fashion style trends.
• Fluent in English
• 7 years experience in similar role

DUTIES

• Design garments and materials based on the requirements for various types of occasions.
• Fit the garment and make alterations as needed.
• Mark patterns and designs or use pre-designed ones to cut fabric into necessary shapes.
• Create designs (either adapting an existing pattern or developing new designs).
• Draft, drape, and translate designs from concept to delivery.
• Ensure proper measurements, adjustments, and fittings.
• Give recommendations regarding fabrics, colors, and styles.
• Work closely on the desired styles and trends.
• Organize and maintain fabrics, trims, and other materials.
• Manage the work based on time, costs of fabrics, resources and any special materials necessary for producing and designing garments.
• Produce a pattern, either by hand or using computer aided tools.
• Supervise all the tailoring team while designing, producing and altering garments.
• Maintain and ensure all machinery utilized for the garment production is always in top condition.
• Produce top of the line garments at the highest quality and latest trends as per the expectations.
• Manage the timelines and quality of all produced products by the workshop.
• Perform any other task assigned by the line Manager.
