Job Description

We need an experienced Cutting Master or Senior Tailor to join our team at a luxury abaya brand. You will cut fabrics and ensure our designs fit well. You will lead a team of 4 tailors and handle materials and client orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut fabrics for abayas and other clothes.
• Oversee and lead a team of 4 tailors.
• Get materials from fabric markets and handle them carefully.
• Manage client orders and cut as per client measurements.
• Keep a pattern library for easy reference.
• Report daily to the sales and design teams.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Be a great communicator and a conflict resolver.
• Correct fits and solve any tailoring issues that come up.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Cutting Master or Senior Tailor.
• Good skills with cutting tools.
• Know how to handle fabrics.
• Excellent tailoring skills and knowledge.
• Experience in correcting fits and providing solutions for tailoring problems.
• Pay attention to detail when cutting.
• Good leadership and time management skills.
• Good speaking skills to talk with the team and clients.
• Pattern-making skills are a bonus but not required.
• Can work independently and with a team.

Work Timings:

• 9 AM - 7 PM
• Monday - Saturday (6 days a week)
