The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman/CEO, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively. Manage the Chairman/CEO's schedule and plan meetings, visits with the CEO, and travel arrangements.
Monitor and respond to emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Chairman/CEO.
Manage projects and undertake research on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
Attend meetings with the Chairman/CEO and take notes and minutes.
Serve as a liaison between the Chairman/CEO and all other stakeholders, internally and externally.
Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Should be willing to travel to other countries with the CEO as required.
