Apt Resources is currently seeking an Invoicing Assistant to join our client\'s team, a reputable Vegetable Company. As an Invoicing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of invoices and managing related administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Verify and reconcile invoice data
  • Ensure invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers for any outstanding payments or discrepancies
  • Maintain and update customer records and information in the invoicing system
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in invoicing or a similar administrative role is preferred
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Currently in UAE
