Apt Resources is currently seeking an Invoicing Assistant to join our client\'s team, a reputable Vegetable Company. As an Invoicing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of invoices and managing related administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and prepare invoices accurately and efficiently
Verify and reconcile invoice data
Ensure invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner
Follow up with customers for any outstanding payments or discrepancies
Maintain and update customer records and information in the invoicing system
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in invoicing or a similar administrative role is preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Currently in UAE
