We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Tagalog Sales & Operation Coordinator member to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics and operations related to holiday packages, ensuring smooth execution of services.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure necessary resources for our packages.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Address any operational issues or challenges in a timely manner to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the holiday package industry, with a strong understanding of operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and partners.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operational management.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in the holiday package industry with UAE experience
Languages:
English is a must, Arabic and other languages is an advantage.
