Hvac Technician
Job Description
1. Performs advanced Preventive Maintenance tasks for all HVAC types such as AHU, Package Unit, Cassette type, FCU, DX Split Unit, etc.
2. Performs advanced Corrective Maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, diagnosis, root cause analysis and repairs for all HVAC equipment types.
3. Participate in installation and Commissioning of new equipment and systems related to HVAC and Chillers.
4. Analyzes, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs and overhauls major equipment such as compressors.
5. Supervises, evaluates, and reports equipment and systems performance.
6. Implements Maintenance Management System and quality management system.
7. Fine tuning and calibration of equipment and systems.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
9. Possesses high level technical knowhow.
10. Transferable Iqama
