Create and publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates through social media & other potential sources.
Screen resumes and job applications & conduct initial phone screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates, as well as conducting interviews to both entry-level & middle management positions.
Manage the scheduling and feedback process with Line Managers and ensure a positive experience for both candidates & Line Managers.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Ensure successful onboarding for new hires through effective communication with PROs & Line managers.
Participate in regular HR operational and administrative tasks.
Experience in Assessments is a plus.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Recruitment & Onboarding.
UAE experience is a preferable.
Arabic is A MUST
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality results.
