We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems Sales Executive / Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in ELV systems along with exceptional sales expertise. This role involves promoting, selling, and supporting our range of ELV solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, and Home Automation systems. Key Responsibilities: . Sales and Business Development: o Identify and target new business opportunities in the ELV market. o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients. o Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. . Technical Support and Consultation: o Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients regarding ELV systems and solutions. o Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. o Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and cost-effective. . Market Research and Analysis: o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements. o Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans to increase market share. . Project Coordination: o Liaise with project engineers and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. o Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. o Provide after-sales support and address any client issues or concerns. Qualifications: . Education: o Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field. . Experience: o Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the ELV systems industry. o Strong technical background in ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, and Home Automation systems. . Skills: o Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. o Strong understanding of ELV systems and their applications. o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications. .
