System Engineer

Responsibilities

Systems Management:

Maintain and optimize server environments, including

Active Directory (AD), NTFS, NAS, VMware/Hyper-V

, and cloud-based solutions.

Network Administration:

Configure and manage

VPNs, LAN/WAN networks, and firewall security

to ensure seamless connectivity.

Data Protection & Security:

Implement backup strategies, security protocols, and documentation processes to safeguard IT infrastructure.

Technical Support:

Provide

Level 2/3 support

, troubleshooting complex IT issues and ensuring minimal downtime.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years in a similar role.

Certifications:

MCSE & ITIL

(required);

CompTIA Network+

(preferred).

License:

A valid

UAE Driving License

is required.
