Company Description

Agrius IT is a company that specializes in Third-Party Maintenance services for all brands of servers, storages, networking devices, and tape libraries. They are also the developers of V-ERP and V-CRM using .net, VB2, and SQL technologies.

Role Description

• Provide direct IT support to the users to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong user relationships.
• Responsible for providing local IT support services at primary and site offices
• Implement network protocols, VLANs, and security measures as per industry best practices
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding network and system-related issues.
• Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to network and system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to program technical teams.
• Configure, install, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

Monitor network performance and security to ensure reliability and efficiency.

• Participate in IT project planning, implementation, and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Information Technology
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is mandatory
• Certifications for IT support engineers include Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and ITIL Foundation.
• UAE driving license must be preferred.
• Salary: 4000-5000 AED
• UAE Driving Licensee
• 2 to 3 years experience required in UAE.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
