•Position Overview: •

We are seeking engineer for ICT System and Network Engineer. He/ she will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining information and communication technology (ICT) systems and network infrastructure. The role will involve managing both hardware and software components to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organization's ICT environment. The position requires a combination of technical expertise in systems administration and network engineering.

•Education and Experience Requirements: •

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Several years of experience in IT roles with a focus on systems administration and network engineering.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and protocols, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and VPNs.
• Experience with server operating systems, virtualization technologies, and storage systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex ICT issues.
• Knowledge of ICT security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

•Key Responsibilities: •

• Design, deploy, and maintain ICT systems and network infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking devices, and communication platforms.
• Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues, including connectivity problems, latency, and bandwidth constraints.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including access controls, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Manage directory services, user authentication, and access control systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
• Perform data backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the ICT infrastructure.
• Document system configurations, network diagrams, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, as well as mentoring junior IT staff.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to ICT systems and networking.
• Adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies regarding ICT security and data privacy.
