Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineer
- At least 2+ years of experience in designing and estimating fire alarm systems
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job description:

• Experience in Auto Cad, Firefighting, Fire Alarm and Emergency Light System, & Exit light system.
• Should have work experience in AUTOCAD & Revit 3D modelling

Knowledge of UAE Fire codes & NFPA Standard

• Design & Estimate the Fire Alarm, Emergency Light & Fire Fighting systems as per UAE code.
• Control the site works and manage the workers to do the work as per the client specification and the authority regulations.
• Estimate and request materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
• Compare the material price from different vendors and negotiate with the vendors to get most reliable price in order place material orders.
• Comply the specifications for the systems as per the technical requirements for installation.
• check the shop drawing, with the actual site installation
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for client proposals
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to fire alarm systems
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source required materials and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
