Senior Executive - Senior Field Engineer - Enterprise SupportWe are seeking a Senior Executive - Senior Field Engineer to join our Enterprise Support - Technology team. This role is key in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and managing systems to ensure seamless business operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage contact center solutions and support IT service management (ISMART).
Administer Office 365, Microsoft services, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Provide troubleshooting and support for both Windows and macOS devices (including Mac and iPad).
Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, software, and hardware maintenance.
Support event and meeting IT requirements, ensuring readiness for online and in-person sessions.
Assist with system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
Generate reports and maintain documentation to support IT strategy and operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT support and systems administration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Office 365 administration, SCCM/MECM, Intune, and mobile device management (e.g., Jamf Pro).
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), or similar certifications.
Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service orientation, and adaptability.
