Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing and Listing Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in promoting our properties, engaging with potential clients, and managing listings across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving property visibility and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance property visibility and attract new clients.
• Manage property listings on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and other rental websites.
• Use rate management software to compare rates with any competition in the short-term rental industry.
• Craft compelling property descriptions and ensure high-quality photography for listings.
• Coordinate with the sales team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy rates.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Oversee social media management and content creation to promote our properties effectively.
• Engage with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Work in Office: business bay

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, real estate, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in using property management software and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to think outside the box.
• A valid Driver's license preferred
• Experience with vacation rentals, Airbnb, or other booking platforms is a plus
• Experience in creating listings on booking platforms is a plus
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
