Architectural Draftsman
Job Description
Working experience in architectural drawing and detailed shop drawing and As-built drawings for mainly Interior Fit-Out. Work with Site Architect/Engineer to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications. Modify drawings upon Client’s requirements and update drawings in timely manner as per site condition. Preparation of Shop Drawings needed in Site for on-going project. Ensure established deadlines are achieved. Expertise in computer-aided drafting program (AutoCAD) Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel & etc.…) Excellent time management and organization skills Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design. Excellent mathematical ability and technical understanding
