• Using the University telephone system, receive, make and direct all internal, local calls and international calls (upon approval of the management) and divert messages to the appropriate University individual or office.
• Update the campus telephone directory on a regular basis.
• Assist university employees calls and live chat. Maintain an accurate record of all calls and live chat history.
• Answer general queries as requested through calls and live chat.
• Pass and convey phone messages, as necessary.
• Initiate telephone contact with the appropriate emergency services in the event of a campus emergency.
• Assist in the Business Center and other units within Campus Services as and when required
• Perform duties and assignments as determined by the Business Center Officer.
• Type documents in English or Arabic as necessary.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Should possess higher diploma with a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role is preferred or equivalent combination of Education and experience.
Office Timing:
7AM - 3PM (Monday - Thursday)
Half day during Friday
Saturday-Sunday Off
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED3,900.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
