Pool Maintenance Foreman
We seek a motivated Pool Maintenance Foreman to oversee our team and ensure the exceptional cleanliness and functionality of our residential and/or commercial swimming pools.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of pool maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of pool cleaning techniques, chemical balancing, and pool equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physically fit to perform some manual labor tasks.
