Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Swimming Pool & Garden Cleaner / Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and servicing swimming pools and gardens, ensuring they are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Swimming Pool Maintenance:
• Clean and vacuum pools, ensuring they are free of debris.
• Test and adjust pool water chemistry to ensure safety and compliance with health standards.
• Inspect and service pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
• Perform routine checks for leaks, cracks, and other maintenance issues.
• Garden Maintenance:
• Perform routine garden maintenance, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pruning trees, and removing weeds.
• Ensure proper irrigation and fertilization of plants and lawns.
• Plant and care for new greenery as required.
• Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working order.
• Customer Service:
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on services performed.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any concerns regarding pool or garden maintenance.
• Safety Compliance:
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including services performed and materials used.
• Report any significant issues or repair needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in swimming pool and garden maintenance or a similar role.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, cleaning techniques, and gardening practices.
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Communication: Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
