Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Foreman to oversee the construction and maintenance of swimming pools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of swimming pool construction, including planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in civil and MEP disciplines to address complex construction challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide project updates, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction with completed work.
• Resource Management: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during construction to prevent project delays.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, materials used, and any changes to the project scope.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate construction teams to achieve high performance and foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in swimming pool construction, with a focus on civil and MEP works.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices; proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Licenses: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
