Swimming Instructors/Coaches Needed in Kuwait

Skills Provision is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Swimming Instructors/Coaches for roles in Kuwait. The hiring swim club operates three locations throughout the city, catering to swimmers of all ages and abilities.

For international candidates, the company offers the possibility of obtaining a work permit.

Job Title: Swimming Instructor/Coach

Sector: Sport and Fitness

Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait

Contract: 1 year (renewable)

Salary:

US$ 2,200-3,000 per month (tax-free)

Working Hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

Instruct students of varying ages and skill levels in swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety, following the head coach's guidelines

Closely monitor participants to ensure their safety and prevent accidents

Provide positive feedback and encouragement to help students meet their goals

Track athletes' progress and offer performance feedback

Foster strong relationships with athletes, parents, and fellow team members

Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling practices, managing equipment, and communicating with parents or guardians

Requirements

Qualifications:

A recognised coaching qualification or swimming certification

Experience:

Prior experience as a swimming coach/instructor

Competence in coaching and teaching a wide range of ages and skill levels

Passion for nurturing young athletes and helping them realise their potential

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
