What you'll be doing

• Event Coordination:
+ Coordinate in-store events by liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing events.
• Supplier Management:
+ Manage supplier payments through purchase order creation and invoice processing.
+ Maintain accurate financial records related to supplier transactions.
• Permit Coordination:
+ Obtain and organize necessary permits for events and Gift-With-Purchase promotions.
• Reporting:
+ Assist in creating detailed reports on events and communications.
+ Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
