Job Description
We are currently partnered with a leading utilities entity in Abu Dhabi that is hiring for an SVP, Digital & Technology to lead their digital transformationResponsibilities:
- To help develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with objectives
- Be apart of IT and OT innovation, leveraging AI, big data, and automation for operational excellence
- Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and data governance
- Oversee IT infrastructure and operational technologies to optimize performance
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Align digital strategies with business goals to drive ROI and innovation
- Manage IT operations, including platforms, cloud, networks, and advanced analyticsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years in senior leadership roles within a technology driven organization
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, operational innovation, and team motivation
- Expertise in digital technologies, trends, and best practices for IT/OT
