Job Description

Training Program Development:

• Design and develop training materials, workshops, and courses focused on sustainability topics such as waste management, energy efficiency, sustainable supply chains, environmental regulations, and climate change.
• Tailor programs to meet the needs of various audiences, including businesses, community organizations, government agencies, or schools.

Delivery of Training:

• Ensure training programs align with sustainability goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) on sustainability-related topics.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group activities, case studies, and hands-on exercises, to help participants understand key sustainability concepts.
• Educate participants on sustainable development goals (SDGs), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and green business practices.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants, helping them understand their progress and areas for improvement.
• Continuously improve training content and methods based on participant feedback and emerging sustainability trends.

Consulting and Support:

• Provide personalized consulting services to organizations or individuals seeking to implement sustainable practices.
• Offer advice on integrating sustainability into business strategies, operations, and corporate culture.
• Assist organizations in developing and achieving sustainability goals, such as reducing carbon footprints or improving resource efficiency.

Research and Knowledge Sharing:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and regulations in sustainability and environmental issues.
• Share knowledge with clients, organizations, and colleagues by contributing to articles, blogs, or reports on sustainability topics.
• Collaborate with experts in the field to ensure training programs reflect the latest innovations and best practices in sustainability.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain records of training sessions, including attendance, content delivered, and feedback.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, including data on participant knowledge improvement and overall program success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
