Carry out comprehensive project tasks under the Project Lead\'s leadership. Plan complex project and team tasks. Summarize project results into a coherent line of argument. Create implementation plans for sub-projects. Independently implement own industry experience in the project work. Define sub-projects and smaller projects in relation to content and methodology.
Design and develop presentations. Competently give presentations to the clients\' higher management. Independently moderate smaller workshops. Structure medium-sized written reports in text form. Communicate with higher management on a one-to-one basis.
Define targets for sub-projects.
Mentor a number of interns and introduce junior consultants into project phases.
Lead a medium-sized client team. Win over team members for the objectives and results of the project.
Design, set up, and administer project / milestone plans.
Is responsible for the follow-up on work and project plans for the overall project.
Additionally, you will be playing an active role in building the firm:
Supports selected members of the client team.
Identifies leads for subsequent activities of current project work.

Who are you today?Here\'s what we think you might look like:You will bring scientific rigor seeking to translate results into concrete and economically viable implementation:
Masters degree or equivalent in either engineering, economics, social sciences, MINT/STEM.
5+ years of experience in Sustainability and climate change relevant fields.
Interested in various sectors and keen to dive deeper into specific sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, mining, manufacturing, food & beverage, utilities, mobility, services: finance, telco, etc.
Awareness of the UN SDG\'s and other international sustainability frameworks.
Familiar with fundamental ESG reporting concepts and regulations, such as GRI, SASB, UN Global compact, CDP, etc.
Experience in developing materiality assessments.
First experiences with net-zero targets, potential actions and roadmaps and some of the key components, e.g. GHG emissions scope 1, 2 analysis and measures, decarbonization options and technologies.
Knowledge on ISO 14064.
Experience in conducting TCFD analyses.
Awareness of decarbonization themes, such as carbon capture and utilization technologies, carbon markets and financing mechanisms, various low-carbon technologies.
Overview on renewables incl. relevance of hydrogen-based technologies and related energy systems to advise on our clients\' energy transformation journey.
Be able to understand the application of energy modelling and accounting.
