Sushi Chef Japanese Speaking
Job Description
Im currently supporting a luxury hotel group, based in Morocco, who are actively seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join their team and expanding operations. Ideally youll have a great understanding of producing high quality Asian dishes to the best standards, using unique ingredients. Candidates must also be bi:lingual, and be able to speak Japanese. Requirements and Responsibilities: : Manage a team of 6 to 8 people. : Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Sushi Chef within a luxury hotel or a high:quality dining Japanese/Sushi restaurant. : Previous experience at a sushi:bar is a must. : Previous experience preparing sushi and Asian dishes of the highest quality. : Excellent knife and food preparation skills are a must. : Helping create new recipes and write menus.
