Responsibilities:

Execute the preparation and presentation of high-quality sushi dishes in line with Leen's standards. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of sushi items. monitor kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques and best practices. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, ingredients, and presentation Creative flair with a passion for exploring new flavors and culinary trends. Ability to work in a high-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. Excellent communication and Team Player skills A commitment to quality and attention to detail Locally available candidate will be highly preferred.
