ARABETO BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate surveying services to support our construction projects, ensuring that measurements and site plans are followed precisely. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and construction crews to ensure the success of projects and compliance with all specifications and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed surveys on construction sites, including layout, grading, and staking.
• Set up control points for construction teams to follow, ensuring alignment with engineering plans.
• Use various surveying tools, such as Total Stations, GPS equipment, and laser levels, to measure and map construction sites.
• Calculate and verify dimensions, elevations, and topography to assist in construction planning.
• Prepare accurate survey drawings, reports, and as-built plans.
• Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure proper execution of project designs.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies in site conditions or plans by conducting re-surveys and inspections.
• Ensure that construction work is in compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment as needed.
• Document and report any changes in the project scope or site conditions that may affect construction plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional Surveyor License (or in the process of obtaining).
• Minimum of 2 TO 5 years of experience in construction surveying.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, plans, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., Total Stations, GPS, AutoCAD).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with construction staking and layout.
• Familiarity with project management software and CAD tools.
• Knowledge of heavy civil, commercial, or industrial construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
