Job Overview:

We are seeking a Civil Quantity Surveyor to manage the cost estimation, budgeting, and financial aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within financial constraints while maintaining quality standards in sewage and drainage, water pipelines, and building construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for civil projects.

Monitor project costs, track expenditure, and ensure effective cost control.

Analyze contracts and project specifications to determine cost-effective solutions.

Conduct site visits to assess work progress and resolve cost-related issues.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to manage project variations and claims.

Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction (sewage, drainage, water pipelines, or building projects).

Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and budgeting.

Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CostX, WinQS).

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.

Prefer for Immediate Joiner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
