Surveyor Civil/ Electrical
Job Description
• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Maximum 4 years' experience)
• Driving License : UAE Manual driving license required.
• Survey: Survey the cable route and furnish all the details as per the requirement.
• Demarcation: Demarcation of cable routes and giving levels for cabling based on survey information reviewed from RTA to ensure laid cables in order.
• Coordination: Responsible to coordinate with road consultants/contractors for survey information whenever necessary, and also ensure works carried out are accurate.
• Review: Check and inform correctness of alignment and level of cable laid by contractor with respect to survey information provided by Dubai Municipality.
• Verification: Check and verify (as built) drawings received from cable laying contractors against the demarcated corridor.
• Installation: Carry out measurement of thrust boring/duct installation work done by contractors for installation of cables.
• Safety: Follow and adhere to the OH&S Management System Manual as per DEWA's safety standards.
• Other : Perform any other tasks assigned by reporting manager.
