Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and certified

Survivor with UAE License

to join our team. This role involves ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of individuals during emergency situations. The candidate must possess specialized training and certification in survival skills, with a particular focus on navigating and responding to various crises within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be equipped to handle emergency scenarios, provide leadership in critical situations, and contribute to creating a culture of safety and preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

Survival Operations:

Implement and lead survival operations in various environments, ensuring the protection of personnel and clients during natural disasters, accidents, or other emergencies.

Risk Assessment:

Perform risk assessments and create contingency plans for emergencies, identifying potential hazards and formulating responses based on UAE-specific environments.

Emergency Training:

Conduct and participate in survival training for staff and clients, ensuring preparedness for any life-threatening situations, including desert, mountain, and urban survival scenarios.

On-Site Leadership:

Lead emergency response teams, making quick, decisive actions to manage and resolve crisis situations effectively.

First Aid & Medical Support:

Administer basic first aid and medical support in emergencies, ensuring the safety of those involved until professional medical help arrives.

Licensing and Compliance:

Ensure all survival procedures and protocols meet local regulatory standards, including adhering to the specific requirements of the UAE Survivor License.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with local authorities, emergency response teams, and the management team, reporting on safety protocols and any incidents.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred).

Certification:

Valid UAE Survivor License (or similar certification relevant to survival training and emergency management).

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in emergency preparedness, survival training, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong leadership and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in first aid and emergency medical techniques. Ability to work in various terrains and challenging weather conditions. Strong problem-solving abilities in critical situations.

Language:

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience in survival situations in desert, mountainous, or coastal UAE environments. Advanced first aid, CPR, or wilderness medicine certifications. Knowledge of local UAE regulations and safety protocols. Previous experience working with emergency response teams or organizations.
