Talentspoc is seeking a skilled and compassionate Surgical Oncologist to join our team. As a Surgical Oncologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients with cancer. You will be responsible for diagnosing and surgically treating various types of cancers, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.Responsibilities:Perform surgical procedures to remove tumors and cancerous tissues.Evaluate patient medical history and conduct physical examinationsWork closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Perform biopsies and analyze tissue samples to determine the stage and type of cancer.Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care and surgical outcomes.Educate patients and their families about treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in surgical oncology.Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.Participate in teaching and mentoring activities for medical students and residents.Requirements:Medical degree (MD or equivalent)Board certification in Surgical OncologyValid medical licenseProven experience in surgical oncology around of 5-7 years.Excellent surgical skills and knowledge of the latest surgical techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to patient-centered careExperience in conducting clinical research and participating in academic activitiesPublication record in reputable scientific journals.Experience with minimally invasive or robotic surgical techniques.
