And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.Become a maker of possible with us!Responsibilities:Support the achievement of revenue budget, units, and ASP of the products under responsibilitySupport the implementation of the MENAT product strategies including pricing, positioning and product promotionSupport the organization of MENAT congresses, symposiums and workshopsBuild links and help the organization of activities with KOLs through Summits, Clinician Education Programs, roundtables, etc)Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence databaseManage and co-ordinate new product launchesSupport the Field Sales team with product information and contribute to product training initiatives as appropriateProduct life-cycle management, includes all aspects of the product life-cycle and product recalls and field corrective actionsDevelopment and production of promotional material / marketing collateral and tools which will deliver key messages, positioning and reflect brand essenceConduct regular customer visits to develop awareness around the product and addressing customer unmet needsSupport market research activities (Voice of Customer)In conjunction with countries sales organization develop market specific strategies and tactics to ensure proper product positioning and providing clear direction on the relevant valueInterface with EMEA and Global Marketing Teams to share information and update with market data, product developments and product specific strategic and tactical plansDevelop and maintain expert product knowledge in terms of quantitative data (e.g. market data, market trends, competitor pricing) and qualitative data (e.g. customer needs, competitor activities, plans, technologies and applications); recommending suitable actions to maximize opportunities and minimize potential threats to the businessAbout you:Bachelors degree, MBA, medical or scientific graduate degree preferredMinimum five years Sales /Clinical /marketing experience in healthcare fieldInnovative and creative, a phenomenal listenerSuccessful track record in his/her organizationGood presenter and easily shares her/his knowledgeExcellent interpersonal skillsSelf drive ,Open, clear, and consistent communication skills with high ownership CapabilitiesExpert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.Click on apply if this sounds like you!Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
