You will collaborate with medical professionals, including surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare staff, to ensure the highest quality of patient care and safety. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing surgical outcomes, implementing best practices, and advancing the field of surgery within our institution.
Provide expert consultation on surgical cases, including preoperative planning, intraoperative decision-making, and postoperative management.
Collaborate with surgical teams to review complex cases, discuss treatment options, and develop comprehensive surgical plans.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients\' medical histories, diagnostic tests, and imaging studies to formulate appropriate surgical strategies.
Offer guidance on surgical techniques, instrumentation, and equipment selection to optimize patient outcomes and minimize risks.
Stay abreast of advancements in surgical technology, techniques, and evidence-based practices to ensure the delivery of state-of-the-art surgical care.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, address concerns, and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans.
Provide education and training to medical staff, residents, and fellows on surgical procedures, patient care protocols, and safety practices.
Collaborate with quality improvement initiatives to enhance surgical processes, reduce complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
Serve as a resource for clinical staff regarding surgical guidelines, protocols, and standards of care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient consultations, surgical plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Requirements-Experience From US (Board), Canada (Royal College Fellowship) UK (CCT), Ireland (CSD, CSCST), Australia &NZ (Fellowship), France (DES, DESC), And Other European Countries According to The Qualification Equivalence Tables of the UAE- MOH -Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a hospital environment - Western and Asian countries experience is preferred.
