Your key responsibilities

• Provide support in weighing and preparing base materials for recipes as per the Industry Experts instructions.
• Support in the making of samples for Sweet Goods with emphasis in Confectionery.
• Support on the shipping of samples prepared to internal and external customers.
• Help to create and maintain a raw material database according to 'Best Laboratory Practices'.
• Support on maintaining all confectionery and sweet goods equipment in good working order.
• Ensure following Good Laboratory Practice.

You bring

• Food Tech or Chemistry or Engineer Graduate
• Energetic, and eager to understand the principals of flavor compounding and different food categories
• Passionate and curious about the food industry
