We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Staff member to join our dynamic team at DIRECT AXIS TECHNOLOGY, a leading software development company. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for assisting both internal teams and external clients with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations of the company's software solutions.
You will work closely with our software developers, project managers, and other support personnel to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills and a customer-focused attitude, alongside a solid understanding of software solutions and technical support processes.
Responsibilities:
• Client Support : Provide first-line support to customers, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through solutions via phone, email, or chat.
• Technical Assistance : Assist in resolving technical problems related to software products, using diagnostic tools and understanding system logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Project Controlling : Oversee the execution of internal projects, ensuring they are on track by monitoring progress and managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Time Frame Setting : Work closely with project teams to set realistic timelines for software updates, maintenance, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Project Cost Controlling : Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring costs stay within limits, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
• Project Change Management : Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedules, and resources to ensure projects remain on target.
• Reporting : Generate regular reports on project progress, client issues, and system performance, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of key metrics and statuses.
• Collaboration : Work with software developers, product managers, and QA teams to report bugs, prioritize fixes, and provide feedback for improvements.
• System Monitoring : Support internal teams by assisting with system monitoring, maintenance, and configuration of software tools.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's software products, including new features and updates, in order to assist clients effectively.
Additional Requirements :
• Experience : Previous experience in technical field is mandatory.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.
• preferably male candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
