Duties & Responsibilities






Comply with and enforce the service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer service; Use the main store profitability analysis tools to make decisions, which allow you to boost sales and ensure the implementation of the necessary actions; Provide support in store management in terms of image, team and commercial objectives; Ensure adequate reception, integration and training of new employees; Promote the development of team members.
