Keep the showroom clean and organized. Help customers both in person and through phone or online, making sure they have a good experience. Assist customers with payments and create invoices for items sold. Make daily sales reports for the sales team, showing how sales are going and any trends. Give the sales team the information they need to make sales. Get and handle order documents, making sure they get to the right person on time.
Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Its good to have some experience in customer service or sales support.
Skills: Good at helping customers, pays attention to details, and can keep things organized.
Languages: Must speak the local language well, knowing English is a bonus.
