Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionAs Supply Quality Specialist, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders as a valued member of the Quality team, ensuring supply quality and distributor/3PL performance (quality), process improvement supporting the Quality Management System of Middle East region.Your Responsibilities3rd Party Logistics and Distribution Operations Management: day to day first point of contact and support - includes but not limited to Quality approval, managing COO legalization process, product return and claimsActs as an internal local partner on the principles of supply quality assurance and GDP, and ensure that required permits/licenses are available and currentResponsible for corrective and preventative actions associated with events in the distribution and logistics networkResponsible for facility validations and qualifications for storage of Roche Diagnostics productsLeads quality event triage and exception investigations and document within Roche CRM toolResponsible for 3rd party logistic (3PL) partner SOPs review and approval, reviewing of metrics with 3PLs and Distributors for trends and corrective actionsRegularly conducts and participates in quality business reviews / audits with business partners and stakeholdersEnsures operational audit readiness for 3PLs and distributors, company distribution and logistics operationsProvide input for business reviews with partners from Supply Quality Management perspectiveManage Supply Quality Tools and Systems including, Salesforce, Claims Monitoring dashboard, 3rd Party Logistics and Distributor Performance/Evaluation TrackerWho You AreYou hold a University degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent, and you are registered pharmacist in the UAEYou built professional experience in the field of quality assurance - preferably in the area of GDP/GMP. And you built very good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 13485, preferably certified lead auditorYou have advanced communication skills, both spoken and written (business fluent in English). Arabic is a plus, or any spoken language in the market will be preferredYou are able to build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships and relationships with relevant partners.
