Position Purpose The Demand Planning Trainee will support the Demand Planning Team for all actions related to the Forecast, Replenishment, Stock Balancing and Stores Opening at Sephora ME for all the region (5 countries). Key Accountabilities Stock Balancing Assist the Demand planning Team by doing:
Analysis of the overstock and needs by store and country
Definition of the stock balancing between stores
Tracking with Logistic Team the execution of the stock balancing
Launches Assist the Demand planning Team by doing:
Opening order calculation based on Sell Out forecast and Supply Chain Parameters
Tracking of the orders to secure the On Counter Date
Stores Opening Assist the Demand planning Team by doing:
Opening order calculation based on Store Benchmark Supply Chain Parameters
Tracking of the orders to secure the Opening of the Store
Skills, Experience and Personality The successful candidate should have agility, adaptability, and tolerance to pressure. The candidate should have excellent analytical, organizational and communication (written & oral) skills. Previous experience in retail or FMCG companies is a plus. Most importantly, She/he needs to live and breathe the Sephora Culture, DNA and Employee Value propositions (EVP) with a passion for people and making a difference. She/he need to have excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
