The Group has also been embedding sustainability at the core of its business strategy with a clear commitment towards people, partners and the planet, and by being a member of the United Nations Global Compact Community and signatory of the Women\'s Empowerment Principles.What you\'ll be doingOur Supply Chain Coordinator - ZIMMERMANN is responsible for cross-functional business support including but not limited to the following tasks:- Management of Third Party (3PL) warehouse and inventory (from China and Europe), monitoring deliveries from warehouse to regional warehouse, assisting in reduction of lead-time and optimizing delivery performance. - Assisting with ensuring that the level of service provided by our 3PL or logistics partners meets Zimmermann standards and where necessary set preventive and corrective actions. - End-to-end management of purchase and sales orders. - Identifying and highlighting all stock and barcode discrepancies and remedial action thereof. - Support with ensuring shipping within the regions is completed on time and all shipping requirements are adhered to. - Managing and prioritizing the Third Party (3PL) warehouse\'s inbound stock and outbound order processing for the Middle East region. - Forecasting and booking weekly air freight and sea freight volumes working closely with the logistics team. - Checking stock receipts and reporting any discrepancies with production and retail planning team. - Investigating stock discrepancies, reporting all findings to the Supply Chain 3PL Manager. - Managing bi-annual stock takes and spot counts as required and ensuring that stock integrity is intact. - Preparing necessary documentation for both imports and exports. - Monitoring the customs clearance process, liaising with freight forwarders and custom brokers to resolve any issues and assisting with any shipment delays. - Coordinating with the Master Data Management (MDM) team for prompt creation of store location/s and item creation in a timely fashion and prior to every season inclusive of catalogue creation. - Establishing and enforcing data reconciliation/audit protocols to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in all systems between the Oracle and AP21 systems. - Developing Policy & Procedure (P&P) documentation to ensure clarity and adherence to business guidelines. - Acting as a checks and balances function ensuring data matching and accuracy at all times. - Processing all purchase orders in transactional CORE system. - Generating accurate system transfers for various stock movements (warehouse to store, intra-stores, inter-country, return to vendor, temporary stock loan). - Tracking the status of shipments and managing the necessary documentation to ensure smooth logistics and adherence to business KPIs. - Providing instructions to the warehouse for pick and pack including any vassing requirements. - Monitoring the final mile delivery to ensure successful and timely completion and ensuring the system is updated accordingly. - Communicating effectively with internal teams and requesting necessary allocation lists for weekly/bi-weekly replenishment. Ensuring replenishment is handled accurately and in a timely manner in order to maximise sales. - Issuing weekly packaging SOH reports, conducting weekly stock takes of packaging with the retail team, performing cycle counts at both store and warehouse, and efficiently handling write-off processing. - Facilitating coordination between retail staff and the warehouse for uniform requests and dispatch thereof; overseeing the end-to-end sales order processing and related paperwork. - Issuing relevant documentation and following up with clients for the shipping of goods; generating the invoice after completion of sales order processing. - Ensuring all customer shipping requirements are completed. - Coordinating with warehouse, office and sales teams for any clarification to ensure accurate sales order processing.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance/Inventory Management- Identifying reasons for discrepancies in invoice matching in system (price or quantity), escalating to RDBS Manager to take a decision on resolution if needed and introducing new invoices in system for resolution of discrepancies. - Raising replacement purchase orders or debit/credit notes in the system as per the instructions from RDBS Manager. - Producing insightful reports on inventory reconciliation, analysing disparities between Oracle and AP21 systems. - Assisting with bi-annual stock take reporting, thoroughly investigating discrepancies between Oracle and AP21 systems. - Efficiently processing carry-forward styles, stock adjustments, credit notes, POCN (Purchase Order Change Notice), and RTV (Return to Vendor).Requirements: What you\'ll need to succeed- University Degree in Business Administration or any related quantitative ?elds. - 2-5 years of related experience in retail. - Knowledge of ORACLE (RMS, RPM, RDW) would be an added advantage. - Effective communicator with a collaborative approach. - Results driven with the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Experience of working within a dynamic environment, flexible approach. - Proactive, driven by excellence and able to anticipate and respond to the needs of the businessWhat we can offer youWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
