We are looking for Supply Chain Specialist who can join us immediately with experience with Building Material Supply (Sanitary Ware and Tiles)
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored to the sanitary wares and building materials sector.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of supply chain activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient operations.
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels of sanitary wares and building materials.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency..
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors of sanitary wares and building materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Manage logistics processes including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to customers and project sites.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
- Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve operations.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to management.
- Utilize data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards affecting supply chain operations.
- Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving supply chain processes and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
